How it works:
- Create a new conversation by adding title, your team members, and clients. Team members and clients can be added by simply adding their name, alias and email address. You can also add the first message of the conversation
- The system emails all added members with a link clicking on which opens the discussion in a new window. Only alias's of all added members appear to each other. All other data is concealed to maintain privacy
- Files, videos and other data can be uploaded in the discussion. Folders and sub-folders can be created and discussions can be moved under these folders. This can act like projects and sub-projects. Admin's can be assigned for each folder
- Every time a comment is posted in a discussion the comment data is emailed to all members in that discussion. They can simply read the comment in the email and/or go to the discussion page to reply
